Digital Arts Media Network

2G00DHOTD@MN.V4 is a collective of works by UF undergraduates of mostly studio art disciplines that analyzes and considers the “at sign” (@) through various mediums such as 3D modeling, AI, drawing, printmaking, video, and sculpture. From the scriptures to emails and social media, the “at sign” is malleable in use. The artists discover how the “at sign” transcends as an agent of communication and language through notions of emotion, the internet, nature, space, speculation, and time.

The Digital Arts Media Network (DAMN) is the representative student organization for the Art + Technology program at UF’s School of Art + Art History. This is their 4th annual exhibition at 4MOST Gallery. DAMN observes the way of New Media art, where art is created with dominantly computational technologies. Through 3D/CG generation, AI, video, programming, and sound, this organization reaps using its skills mainly in film production, animation, and sound design. This organization is open to all UF students to explore the skills of being inherently digital artistically.
